The merchant pays 3-4 percent.

Quadpay won't get away with that for very long when competitors don't charge a convenience fee

So they have not reinvented the wheel there is no subscription model and the IP is worth diddly squat but they are trading at multiples almost thirty times more than their " money lending " peers despite having to borrow to find their loan books

Overall the consumer and the merchant are both worse off.
