I don't have time to check your figures but accept them at face value.
Its not just the dollar value of the debt and of course the variable equity value but the manner in which they are raising debt by issuing warrants and convertible notes to notorious hedge funds who make their living from shorting stocks
A D/E ratio of over 2 is still to high for this company
