That's just the chart indication.
The problem you have is the company has a horrendous balance sheet and is years away from profitability. They have already had to resort to last chance saloon borrowing from notorious hedge funds and the further the share price falls the more difficult to raise debt and the worsening balance sheet makes it an unattractive proposition.
Because of the heavy losses they have to sustain they may not find any takers and their is a real possibility they may go bust.
