Personally, I don't see it testing the 200 EMA today but there is a high probability that it will leading up to the election. At this point, based on the information at hand, it is hard to see the overall markets taking a breather before that. The VIX shot up by 20% overnight, highlighting extreme volatility in the markets.
As always, there are no guarantees in the market, we can only try to make the best educated guess using TA. Like you mentioned, let's see what happens
