zip is leading in terms of creating an effective work culture with a score of 4.5
afterpay as a comparison is on a declining trend of 3.9
having worked in technology sales since 2006 I can definitely say a lot of people read and value the reviews on Glassdoor.
ive spoken to management and HR who have said once a score goes below 4 it starts to have a significant impact in attracting talent to their business. They then start paying more for recruiting fees and higher wages just to attract that talent.
if a Glassdoor review gets to 3.5 or below Glassdoor themselves will stick them in bottom 100 companies to work for.
zip is trending up. Wouldn't be surprised if they win or are a top 5 place to work, a coveted award
