for small market cap company like MEO, look at the past candles, how many time a negative reverse signal mark the start of an uptend? I believe in Chart, because I believe it reflects what ppl in the market thinks about this share, however, currently for MEO, the news is most driving factor. If the news is good, no matter how overbought it is, it will still climb up(at least for that day). If news is bad, 56 or 43 is just a matter of time
