Perhaps my post was less than crystal clear, although it made sense to me. I meant that, from your post, you seem to believe it will reach 3 cents. I have never seen anyone saying that this stock is other than a good thing, a ten-bagger waiting to happen, etc. No-one says it is a dog, or at least I don't think so.
So why wait and pay more? But it's your money, and your choice.
