Traditionally Oct lower than Sep, Nov lower than Oct and Dec higher than Nov on a monthly closing basis.

I watched your weekend charting and was impressed as always.

I do have a question though about how you regard deeply oversold momentum.

I noticed in your WBC chart the depth of your Stoch decline and it is pretty severe.

Likewise is MACD or RSI and much worse than anytime this year although lower in the latter part or 2008.

As a general rule I would regard than almost as a bear initiation phase and although suggesting a bounce was close, would more be thinking about lower prices after the bounce and divergences on momentum.

Do you have ideas you can share in this regard?
