I'd guess there will be an issue of shares very soon for the sophisticated holders. Since this is the majority of the share issue, I'd guess that most of the selling pressure will come from that issue, not from the SPP.
It is very unusual that it has taken so long to issue the prospectus. Think I might give them a call and ask why the delay.
