It's widely held opinion that Yes the upper band pierced is usually an indicator to consider the Exit and the lower band can act as a support or bounce line.

The chart you posted, what Indicator Parameter Periods and Std Deviation settings did you use ???
I use the standard ,Periods 14 and Std Deviation 2, together with Simple Moving Average Type and my chart is marginally different to yours.

Please advise.
