As I said in my post, I remain positive about all things FML but I'm a realist too and I don't gild the lily. Mill commissioned by December means December, not January 4th - the first day of trading in 2010.
If there is a problem or a delay - fine... let the shareholders know and we move on. But I think to have said December and then make no announcement in December is asking for trouble - Elvis might even send them another email!
I also know plenty of people have spoken to FML and been assured everything is ok and on schedule. January ain't on schedule.
I'm not panicking but I'm punctual and I like the companies I invest in to be punctual as well (and so does the market, I might add.)
