Whatever the case, when it happens the JV is a very significant milestone for BAU. The JV will pave the way for significant business and have a $1.5B refinery to boot, 25% free carried for BAU which is a value of $375M. BAU MC is only half that at the moment with 70M already in bank and growing with more Bauxite sales. Add Calcined product in the mist, DSO bauxite plus other value added products and you have a significant money making company here with a low MC. No wander so many major funds have been becoming Substantial holders in this company. looking forward to all the news and good luck to all
