your logic is flawed. Comparing the share price of two companies is meaningless. It bears no relationship to market cap.

How do you know it's cheap ? Because it used to be $1.20 and now its 30c ? It used to be 15c as well. It doesn't matter where the SP has been, it matters where it is going.
