    Hi Mike,

    Nothing is certain but i do believe the announcement will come late next week and it will be confirming Hanlong commitment - not that that is a surprise but it will be nice to have the cash in the bank. May be a short term (i.e. 1 to 2 days) pull back but look for a strong movement pre & post news next week.
