I have more faith in the Andrews Holding at 17 than the Fib alone.. There is also a price level history of support at 17
The Andrews convergences dont discount a whipsaw into 16 but as mentioned on another thread I also suggest it may be the odd T3er who bought the announcement and discounted the Dow like quite a few of us,

looking for a 17close..
