Announcing your rolling ATM's out in China and actually doing it profitably are two different things. Good luck to them, hope they can do it. CUS tore up $5M to $10M in China with the same dream. Current CUS price $2.64...with 38 cents per share coming back over the next 13 months. 10 x the market cap of ICP and if they chose to they could take ICP out...sell off the ATM operation... and keep the machines....not a bad idea !
