Right now charts on VIL mean diddly squat.
TGiven what the company has already told us this price will be driven on the anticipation of a major O & G discovery until the testing is compleated, flow results are known, quantities are realised and then an ann communicated to the market about placing the well into production and when they are going to spud the next!
