Your chart is good and confirms with mine. There's an obvious cup n handle and/or double bottom/W pattern playing out. Today's high of 22c (resistance) matches with the Nov09 fall. For the pattern to finally play out, im expecting a retrace back to 20c over the course of the week then a big buyup through 22-23c. Once this happens we are well on the way to 28c then mid 30s. The seismic and drilling timetable anns will be the catalyst for the move.
