I am not a chartist! but it looks to be heading up.

The MACD is still heading up

On balance volume is positive and MEO looks like it is slowly being accumulated. Mind you only since around the 10th Feb.

The stochastics have just crossed over and heading up although may become overbought soon.

For the SP to turn very positive it needs to close above 43, 43.5 which is the convergence of the 50 and 200 DMA. Also the last candlestick was a very small hammer. A very green day on Monday will help this one.
