    i'm a novice chartist, but based upon a range of indicators, chiefly:
    ** bollinger bands (SP sits at lower band)
    ** simple moving avg (SP beneath simple moving avg)
    ** stochastics & RSI - suggesting oversold

    ...RCY has entered bargain territory. thoughts?
