They are being paid in two tranches.
Tranche 1 paid last Friday was 8,880,000 (AUD$14,647,826) Tranche 2 by June 10 will be at least 13,750,339.60 (AUD$22,681,597) but could be as much as 20,720,000 (AUD$34,178,260)
Where will KAH spend this money? I agree with you it will be EXT shares but it won't be easy for them. 85% in the hands of the top 20, 90% in the hands of the top 100, very few shares available on-market.
Let's say they want to average $7-$7.50 per share and they want to spend AUD$45 million that is going to be over 6 million EXT shares when there are probably only about 15-20 million shares which are likely to be traded.
I dunno, hard to see how it's going to drop to $5.50
Then again what do you and I know? We are not as smart as all these other people :)
