I agree with you Wilson the sale price has not been built into the SP.

TB who we know is conservative with his projections has put the SP around mid 9 cents after the land sale, not to mention news regarding Gary and Rodney and Earl not far behind.
You have to keep checking Ange 08 schedule list just to keep up with their time table. LOL

With so much already happened with SSN, next week is only going to hot up further, so sit down, buckle up and enjoy the ride.

The longer you hold this stock the more you appreciate how good it is, quality management, quality assets and plenty of cash in the bank from next week.
