    Thanks for your comments guys. HHL was providing SP support at 24 cents but without them we are again drifting lower now. If Masterman was selling would we not see a notice of change in substantial holder already. Anyway I also thought PVE is undervalued but I guess I was wrong as buyers dont see any value so are avoiding this stock.
