I would say they are following this policy quite well. Hopefully we are seeing the bottom of this down trend with lots of low volume narrow spread bars indicated that there is very little selling pressure.

I personally don't think we have professional manipulators in this stock at the moment, however if they are we will probably see a test before any upmove just to make sure there is no more free floating supply. Otherwise we will hopefully see a turn around soon and a slow uptrend begin as shorters leave and buyers get into position for upcoming ann's.
