    Congratulations Andrew...Life sounds good!!!

    I find tax influences me. If i'm going to pay half the profit in tax anyway it swings my perception of the risks significantly. Mostly I think I might as well hang on as i'm going to pay about 25% of my sell price in tax anyway.
