It died on the run last time as everyone was expecting the JSF deal in early December (me included). If they have signed it won't die at all, but the opposite.
Weekly chart is breaking up also. If this all pans out and they announce a contract in Feb it will be seriously testing the weak holders at 51c, once beaten, target is 72c re-test (the MOU top)
