Capper is still around, i imagine he doesn't want to get burnt again like the 500K at 40c did last week, small 10-20K lines moving around that one seller at 44.5c
You are right in it need news
If a contract announcement comes, then the risk profile of this changes so funds will buy it. I know JB Were buys it through one of their listed investment companies (they offered us the listed company, can't remember the name, for an investment option instead of QHL direct)
