I noticed that the $1.5m - $2.5m will be required over a 2 year period so they might not raise it all upfront or may just make a placement to sophisticated investors off market. In the past the raisings / placements have generally been above the trading price so maybe this will be the same.

too early to tell though the seller (one of the major shareholders) may have finished. if so, i think we will see a re rating sooner than later , particularly on great results next week. we need EBITDA of $1m+ for the quarter.

have a feeling we will romp it in and share price will spike.
