The way PEN was brought back up from 6c, imo there are new buyers all over this and the ones that sold are also re-entering. i don't think their have fully satisfied themselves as yet..most probably buy more in the next few days, which should bring PEN back to 14- 15c...with any crazy chomping we could find PEN at 20c...
Best of all is that who missed last the run before Japan crises are entering...and may keep buying...
