The board was willing to sign off that some big pharma's have "recomended" cbz scale up production ready for phase IIb trials. Doesn't this indicates that at the very least the still blinded partial results the coy are likely to have received are consistent with a positive outcome from the phase IIa trials?

I assume the money will also give cbz the breathing space to negotiate the best deal possible with said pharma's post the IIa trial results (assuming they are successful).
