I agree with Redfloyd,why did management have to leave their decision to capital raising until the last minute.Why didn't they go to the existing shareholders and give them the opportunity to invest @ .44c particulary "professional and sophisticated investors" which I was told I was at $3.00 per share!!!!!!!!!.I am sorry I do not have faith in the Company Secretary - he is just a "yes" man for Stephen Jones (only my personal view).I am of the view a deal will be done I only hope they don't sell Xtoll too cheap particulary in reference to there is now 48 variants of Xtoll, previously reported 40 and that the funds will be used for a proof of principle clinicial trial such as Lupus. Dr Goran Ando in his video presentation back in 2009 mentioned the potential of Lupus so I assume he can see the potential market and that Stephen Jones is listening and taking notice (hopefully not a typical QLDer - they thing they know everthing!!!!)
