My read of the Bot is that it is trying to accumulate at 1.7 by keeping the price at 1.8.
Anyone thinking of selling at 1.8 will go to the end of the list so in haste they might go to 1.7.
Or alternatively a BOT is trying to sell at 1.8 so keeps on doing small buys so that mr and mrs average think the only way to buy is to go to 1.8.
Either alternative - but what it ultimately means is that someone with access to Bot trading is interested in HAW as a way to make money.
