my simple rationale here is that we have had a 24cent bottom twice. At height of GFC in 08 and then as pointed out 12months ago. So it has a history of holding at 24 hence some buyers like me... I also expect one more down night on world markets before a relief rally. SPX to bounce off a touch under 1250 imo....
