Here's my take though.
I have no doubt if test results are good and its commercial, then we're off to the moon.
I don't think T/A is completely useless as I believe the news is in the price.
ATM, NWE is just treading water because no one "knows" anything right now. I'm guessing if results are good, someone will know in advance. wink wink nudge nudge.
When something is wrong people are selling before the news hits the streets imo, so I try and watch whats going on.
Your college is right. Simply: GAS = UP and NO GAS = DOWN
