Well I think its pretty clear that we are out of the short term downtrend, indeed bouncing and congesting with extremely low volume along the top of it.
We've got support from that line and the higher low line slightly below it.
Overhead we've got resistance in the low 20's from the horizontal line around 21.5c and the longer term downtrend.
Where are the technicians telling us to Buy?
Well I think its pretty clear that we are out of the short term...
