Hi Birmingham,
The chart is quite clear that there must be a break through one of those lines very soon.
If it breaks the bottome line, there goes support and the downtrend will continue.
A break of the descending line may signal the commencement of an uptrend.
Why do you think that now is "the best time to get in" (as you say) when the stock has not decided which way it may move??
Wouldnt it be a much better strategy to wait to see which way it moves before offering your advice??
Its great offering a statement, but are you able to support your view??
