Tretch, I'll answer you, even tho I am just a basic chartist who uses them for SP history and where the SP has had trouble breaking or doesn't go below. I just use the SMH charts - no triangles or flags for me.
The pek chart tells me there resistance/support at about 45c. It will take concerted buying by people/entities to get to 50c and above IMO or a major chart breaking ann such as good BF news.
Now wait for the experts.
