And for cryin' out loud, tell us who is the NapVille partner ; Who the West K Operator is, and where are the Permits for West K and DESIREE .
Too many delayed projects and too many secrets;
If SH's are in the dark then it's not going to attract any new serious punters IMHO.
Lets tidy up what's been touted already before making the game more complicated by getting into bed with GGP while she has a rights issue on the table.That begs the question WHY ?
