If the announcement (due out early March) about the date of the EGM (in April) does not detail the funding options available to ESI then you will be proven correct I think.
However, I believe it must contain detail simply because shareholders have to know what they are voting about.
That's the point others have been making.
ESI are allowed to undertake negotiations without giving the ASX a blow by blow description of the progress and indeed until negotiations are actually complete. So i don't agree with you on the disclosure angle.
Anyway good to have differing views.
