If a back seat provides access to a $3b share of a $4b+ resource (for v little initial outlay), NB will take a back seat imo.
AGS was comfortable with a 25% share from the start. AGS may have an avenue to increase this 25% but their main game is to secure and maximise their 25% share of the entire resource, discovered and 'undiscovered'. IMO they can do this with jv project management.
The M&DC litigation to play out behind the scenes without impeding project development with AGS in control.
