When there wasn't a strong follow through into 22 cents, the (a) big seller added a large (800,000 share plus) to the 21.5 cent sell stack.
I suppose it will be a slog breaking through this selling, but once the market manages it, the decks will be pretty much cleared of sellers at that point and will be primed for a quick rise of 5 cents or so. It could happen this week. It just depends on how deep this reservoir of selling really is.
