It is based on the head and shoulders pattern that I showed earlier if it turns out to be true. As I said, it still needs confirmation. If the pattern prevails, then the target price is around those prices.
You can google inverted head and shoulder target price and you will be able to find out. Maybe 45-50c is a little bit too optimistic, I'll say 40-45c is more realistic based on chart.
