Kooka, What you think is great but it's not the way banks work. they want shareholders to take approx 20-40% of the risk on the equity side. They may even then demand some hedging. Mining is risky right now very risky, and difficult.
The reward may come if you are buying when others are selling and have the stones. If you can handle that youre're an invesor and not a specuator. (Yeah, I'm saying it through gritted teeth. 'Cause like everone else my feet are bein held to the fire).
