Spec charts run predictably on news or impending news with traders and the manipulators pushing it up and selling it down. Then the volume dry out and the price move to the wider index.
When no news, DOW goes up a lot and the spec SP goes up a bit.
DOW goes up a bit, flat or down and the spec SP goes down.
No real Harami or Salami for small specs.
