strauss, the breakout level is around 9c, but the confirming X on that chart will not register until 10c, but unless you are using the specific paramaters on that chart and have your own charting package that allows point and figure, it is probably best to stick to a breakout on bar or candlestick chart. In this case a daily close above 10c on strong volume would be a good start
