Len, yes they will be issued at 2.7 as they are part of the spp which was done at 2.7. They have always been factored into the equation they just haven't found a home yet.
The market is not interested in what you might be amking next year Phil. They are iterested how you are going to get them excited in the short to medium term with some exploration.
