Knowing how PB has misled holders in the past... Oil from Galoc 2 H2 2013... So this could even occur in Dec, knowing the completion of the two wells could be anywhere between middle of the year, barring any delays.. So might not see revenue from phase till 2014...
But Phil's attitude is "she'll be right mate I've got my 500k salary and my expense account, if we need anymore cash we'll drill the wallets of our holders for more money"
