Not necessarily, I think we have a lot of people waiting on the sidelines not willing to commit until they see the confirmation of price direction (and also the Qtrly report). Which will come over the next few days .. I think we have seen the end of the mini downtrend (as prev mentioned) and are in the process of a momentum shift back upwards... Some/most of the time it takes a few days for the swing to occur ... I have become adept at spotting these types of swings earlier than most (ie predicted ones on the 9th 17th)... thus the skepticism...
