I agree with what you are saying "Peter shouldnt have to make decisions based on where the share price might be at any given time"

but it could also be said that decisions he does make (including the wording of announcements and detail in announcements etc) can affect the share price.

I think management in all listed micro cap companies are walking a bit of a high wire at times, but an understanding of market psyche from CEO's can go a long way imo.
