    The first time in a while to test the channel with a rising shareprice instead of time passing.


    NWE will need capital to undertake the next stage of the program, probably a horizontal frack.


    The market can probably deduct from the flowrates what a possible resource certification will be, yet not seeing much improvement in the SP.
